My Sacred Path

Meet the Heart Behind the Offering.
I am no stranger to trauma.
Since childhood, I’ve carried the weight of abandonment, separation anxiety, and a deep sense of not being enough. With both my mother and father absent from my life, I grew up longing for safety, connection, and belonging — all while trying to find my place in a world that felt far from gentle.
For years, I struggled to treat my body with the care and reverence it deserved. It wasn’t until a back injury — one that doctors said would eventually require surgery — that I was truly forced to pause. Instead of accepting that path, I listened to a quiet inner knowing… and yoga found me.
That moment changed everything.
I became a seeker — devoted to healing. I earned three yoga teacher training certifications, including a trauma-informed training through Warriors at Ease. I began teaching at a silent retreat center, where I deepened my meditative practice and opened more fully to the power of presence.
The journey didn’t stop there. I followed the call of energy work, becoming a Reiki practitioner and studying Quantum Touch. Each step was less about “fixing” and more about remembering — coming home to myself through breath, movement, silence, and intention.
I offer these practices because I know how powerful they are. I’ve touched the depths of pain and despair. And I’ve also found beauty there. I’ve learned that our darkest moments — the ones that make us question everything — can become our greatest teachers.
Especially in motherhood.
Especially when we’re triggered and stretched and undone.
In those moments, what I longed for most was not a solution… but a practice. Something to hold me. Something to bring me back to myself. Something to remind me that the light never leaves — even when it feels hidden in the sacred darkness.
That’s why I’m here.
To hold space.
To reflect your light.
To remind you that you are loved, that you matter, and that your potential is infinite.
With all my heart — welcome.
Now, I hold a sacred space — both within my heart and in the physical realm — for women and mothers to do the same.
A space where you can just be.
Unfiltered. Raw. Real.
Messy and magnificent.
The full spectrum of your humanness is welcome here — the good, the bad, the ugly, the lovely.
Whether you need to cry, scream, throw something (yes, really!), or simply rest— this space is for you.
